Move your OneNote notebooks into Google Drive.

We read your OneNote notebooks and recreate every page as Google Docs, neatly organised in a “OneNote Migration” folder in your Drive.

Read-only. Nothing in OneNote is changed or deleted.

How it works

  1. Sign in with Microsoft Use your TP account to give the tool read-only access to your OneNote notebooks. Nothing is ever changed or deleted in OneNote.
  2. We read your notebooks Every notebook, section and page is fetched through Microsoft’s official API — you choose which notebooks, or migrate them all.
  3. Your structure is mirrored in Drive Inside a “OneNote Migration” folder you get one folder per notebook, inside it one folder per section, and one Google Doc per page. Images and attachments are kept in an _assets folder alongside.
  4. You get a report Every run saves a report to that Drive folder listing each page and anything that needs your attention. Safe to run again — unchanged pages are skipped, edited ones update.

Known limitations — please read

Run a dry run first — the report tells you exactly which pages have handwriting or other issues before anything is written to Drive. After a dry run the “OneNote Migration” folder in Drive contains only that report — leave the folder in place, the live run reuses it. Your OneNote content is never modified or deleted.
Disclaimer: This tool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Migration results may be incomplete or imperfect — you are responsible for reviewing your migrated documents and for any data loss. Keep your original OneNote notebooks until you have verified that everything you need was migrated correctly.
